I am incredibly proud to serve as the principal of Osborn Middle School. Your decision to entrust your children’s education to OMS is both an honor and a privilege and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in their learning journey. It is our firm belief that education is a collaborative effort involving students, families and educators working together. Your active involvement in your childs’ education and your support for our school community truly make a difference.
I would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the incredible team of educators and staff members who dedicate themselves to creating a positive and enriching learning environment for your children. Everyday, our teachers bring their passion, creativity and dedication to the classroom. They inspire our students to think critically, explore their interests, and reach their full potential. Our leadership team, counselors, social worker, support staff, custodians, transportation department and nutrition department all play vital roles in ensuring that our school functions smoothly and that your children have the best experience possible.
OMS has been awarded two A+ Arizona School of Excellence Awards, a designation that celebrates and recognizes educational excellence in schools across the state. We take pride in our class offerings of social studies, science and a host of exploratory options for our students including art, P.E, Spanish, and a leadership class. We offer honors English language arts and mathematics programs and our students have access to an award winning band program. We have a robust offering of sports and after school clubs that provide extended opportunities of intervention and enrichment for our students. Hello, and thank you for choosing Osborn Middle School! My name is Allison Ahl-Gomez, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal.
Middle school is a unique and important stage of life- a time filled with growth, adventure, and the occasional challenge as students discover more about who they are and who they want to become. Students need strong parents, teachers, and leaders working in unison as we guide them through this formative time. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a positive influence and source of support, helping each student navigate their middle school journey.
